Use of Services
Account Registration
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account by linking an X account. You agree to:

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Infringe on the rights of others

All content, features, and functionality of Postavenue are owned by Discursive OÜ or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Discursive OÜ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with Postavenue. You also remain responsible for content synced to X under your account.
Credits
Credits are an in-product balance used to submit posts. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted if we detect abuse.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and associated data
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- Our services are free of viruses or harmful components
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Discursive OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data
- Loss of goodwill
- Business interruption
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Discursive OÜ harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any rights of another party
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts of Tallinn, Estonia have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence says otherwise.
